About Me
My leadership approach fuses my social work heart with my program developer tenacity, creating a blend of empathy and empowerment through shared vision, innovation, and growth. Starting this program at the beginning of a worldwide pandemic provided a new lens to view leadership and was a blessing in disguise. Those first few months provided me with the opportunity of introspection and grace to remember how to learn and grow again. Throughout the ORGL program I learned the importance of self-reflection, deep listening, kindness to self and others, and an openness to innovative ideas. Most importantly I learned how to invite others into a community of leadership and followership. I now view leadership not as a position or title but a state of being and becoming.
